Your blood lab results are delivered electronically and reviewed with you during your visit. You’ll also have ongoing access through your secure patient portal.
How You’ll Receive Your Results
Your blood lab results are shared in three ways:
1. By Email (Day of Your Visit)
On the morning of your appointment, you’ll receive an email with the subject line:
“Today’s Visit + Lab Results”
This email includes:
Your lab results
Information to help you follow along during your visit
2. During Your Appointment
During your appointment, your provider will review your results in detail, including:
What’s within range
What’s out of range
What matters most clinically
How results connect to your symptoms and next steps
3. Through the Secure Patient Portal
After your visit, you can access your results anytime through your secure Elation Health Patient Portal.
You should have received an email titled: “Invitation to Elation Passport – Your Secure Patient Portal.”
This email includes instructions to register and log in to your portal.
Why Results Are Reviewed Live
Lab values don’t stand alone. Reviewing them in real time allows your provider to:
Interpret results in the full context of your health
Avoid misreading isolated numbers
Translate data into meaningful care
