You typically won’t need to bring your lab order because it’s sent electronically to your selected lab. If you’d like a copy for your records, you can find it in your “Your Blood Lab Orders Are Ready” email or in your Elation Health Patient Portal.
Option 1: Check Your Email
Your lab order is emailed to you as an attachment.
Look for an email with the subject line: “Your Blood Lab Orders Are Ready.”
If it’s not in your inbox, check your spam or promotions folder.
Option 2: Access Your Patient Portal
You can also access your lab order in the secure Elation Health Patient Portal.
To log in:
Find the email titled “Invitation to Elation Passport – Your Secure Patient Portal”
Follow the instructions to create your account
Once signed in, your lab order will be available in the portal
Do I Need to Bring My Lab Order With Me?
In most cases, no.
Since the order is sent electronically, most patients can simply arrive at the lab with a photo ID.
That said, some patients prefer to bring a printed copy — just in case. Either option works.
