To upload outside lab results, you must first have an appointment booked. Once scheduled, you’ll get access to your Appointment Launchpad, where you can securely upload your labs so they’re added to your chart before your visit.
Before You Upload
- Book your appointment first. We can only accept labs after an appointment is scheduled.
- Use your full legal name. This ensures your files are correctly matched to your chart and processed without delay.
How to Upload Outside Labs
Option 1 — Upload Through Your Appointment Launchpad
Visit your Appointment Launchpad (available immediately after booking in your member's area.) Then, follow the upload steps to submit your lab files securely

When to Upload Your Labs
Please upload your labs at least 24 hours before your appointment so we have time to enter them into your chart.
We can’t accept labs:
- By email
- During your telehealth visit
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I email my lab results instead?
No — for security reasons, we can’t accept labs by email. Use your Launchpad or the secure form to upload safely.
Can I upload labs during my appointment?
No — file sharing isn’t available during telehealth visits. Uploading in advance ensures your labs are available in your chart.
What if I have more labs than the form allows?
Just submit the form again — multiple uploads are fine.
